Woodden tanks
MONOFOLLTANK: Automatic pneumatic punching down tank equipped with electric/pneumatic board.
Top with stainless steel stiffening and long-stroke pneumatic piston with AISI 316 chrome-plated stainless steel stem which can be removed at the end of the fermentation.
Self-rotating stainless steed paddle large as the entire tank, built in a pyramid shape to discharge the pomaces in an at-rest position, with the guide bush on the stem and “PATENTED”, self-rotating mechanism totally removable for pulling out the piston at the end of the fermentation. N. 4 “PALITANK” tubes positioned low down in order to break the pomace cap when doing both delestage and punching down.
Stainless steel electric/pneumatic punching down cycle control board equipped with start/stop switch, regulation timer, pneumatic connection, safety MICROSWITCH on the door, pumping over tube with valves, rectangular door, total and partial drain valve, sampling unit, digital thermometer, identification label. A guillotine sliding door is positioned on the bottom for removing the pomaces.
IRRORTANK: Tank with fixed self-contained sprayer, equipped with pump, board and 12 volt sprayer.
The top has a large cover, with inspection hand hole and hose connecting to the self-rotating sprayer which is to be positioned in the centre of the openable (including side opening) cover, hermetically sealed using an adjustable stainless steel clip.
Inside there is a “ROBOTANK 1” a low voltage motorized rotating sprayer with electronic speed adjustment and must fan spray, mounted on a polycarbonate disk so that must distribution on the pomaces can be easily and fully checked from the outside. 4 “PALITANK” tubes are positioned low down to break the cap of pomaces when doing delestage.
Stainless steel electric sprayer control and monitoring board complete with PLC for time-programming and storing pumping over cycles. The low speed self-priming over pump is located below the board and has a mobile connection tube to the partial drain valve with lowered valve to suck the must. The must is filtered through a special draining internal stainless steel grate to stop the pomaces when the pump is operating. This has large vertical dimensions and is removable for cleaning. The valve is also freed to discharge stored liquids after fermentation. The system is equipped with a window in a glass tube for inspecting the ricirculating must during pumping over and mechanism with check valve to intake air during pumping over phases. The end section of the fixed external pumping over tube is flexible in order to access the rotary “ROBOTANK 1” unit at the centre of the cover; rectangular door, sampling unit, digital thermometer, stainless steel identification label. A guillotine sliding door is positioned on the bottom for removing the pomaces.
SUPERTANK: Tank with pumping over and mobile stainless steel net to hold down the submerged cap.
The top has a large cover and a central inspection hand hole and fixed pumping over tube.
Inside there is a stainless steel grate system to keep the cap of pomaces submerged, with central C02 relief tube and fixed stainless steel support structure jointed panels removable from above.
This is the only system for removing the grate with the pomaces inside. After fermentation everything is dismantled for cleaning and wine storage. Other standard accessories include the pumping over tube, rectangular door, partial drain valve, sampling unit, thermometer, identification label, ladder support and guillotine operated pomace discharge door placed on the bottom with normal screw on cover and frontal hand wheel. Robotanks sprayer with self-rotating cap sprayer system that operates using the pressure of the must, with adjustable must fan conveyor.
