Monofolltank
Monofolltank is the easy system for wine-pressing that can be fitted onto small and medium sized tanks and can be adapted to fit already existing ones. Monofolltank is available in two different versions: for closed and floating lid tanks, with capacity ranging from 20 to 300 hl. The system is made of an air cylinder that moves a wine - pressing pad. The pad, thanks to the shape of the blades and to a simple mechanical device, rotates with each stroke while rising, thus constantly working on new slices of the skins. the skin cap is mixed completely and affectively, since it is gently submerged and turned upside down. The system is entirely made of stainless steel and only needs a link to a compressed air source to move the cylinder. Pad rotation is obtained by means of a simple gear and requires no engine. An electric control box enables a manual or automatic working cycles, also allowing the setting of working and pause sequence and cylinder stroke timing. All moving parts are not touching the tank walls and skins are pressed without grinding. Especially suitable for soft skinned grapes, it is the only system that asimulats the traditional methods of wine-presing in the red wine making. It easily mixes and turns around the skin cap without producing dregs.
