Cylindrical tank with a gravitational discharge made in stainless steel AISI 304 or on request AISI 316, with a marble finish, a decentralized and very conical bottom for an easier discharge of skin and solid residue. 
 Feet 1500 mm high, 45° decentralized conical bottom with Ø 400-500 mm round door according to its capacity with a mechanism of gradual opening of the door. Central upper man way Ø 400 mm with vent-hole – ladder support – 2 lifting hooks – unit probe - n. 2 threads for drain and racking valve.
