Conical-bottom, thermostatic tank with central discharge for stocking refrigerated wines at -5°C

 

 Technical characteristics:

 

EXTERNAL CYLINDER: made completely in stainless steel and welded with vertical, circular-satin bead. The external finish is peacock pattern.

LEGS: for tanks from 20 to 60 hl with a conical bottom and central discharge, the legs are stainless steel and boxed. For tanks from 210 to 310 hl with conical bottom and central discharge, the unit rests on a circular, insulated base. INSULATION: 80-90 mm of polyurethane injected in all cylinder and bottom parts.

 

Accessories included:

- 400-mm

-diameter manhole with a neck measuring 200 mm in height and pressure valve in PVC .

- stainless steel ladder support .

- lifting hooks .

 - 300 x 400 mm elliptical door with internal opening, placed at 250 mm from the bottom .

- insulated, stainless steel double door .

 - stainless steel sample faucet on the door .

 - condensation tap on double door .

 - stainless steel legs or stainless steel, boxed base filled with polyurethane .

- alcohol-based dial thermometer (range: -30° C. + 50°C), with internal and external stainless steel protection .

- threaded connection for discharge valve. Diameters beyond standard measurements must be transported by rail or escorted trucks. Insulated thermal-controlled tanks For refrigeration and stabilization of wines at -5°C, Tanks built according to above description (thermostatic tanks), with exchange cavity for temperature control, using glycol-solution cooling liquid. The cavity can be delivered without a price increase, either as a spiral channel, or in dimpled sheet metal with liquid-cycle tracts. All our cavities are tested at 4 bars, and they are guaranteed for a working pressure of 2 bars. The cavity is applied on the entire inner wall cylinder, with the exception of the lower frontal part where the door and valves are. On request we can supply cavities divided into two parts, lower and upper ones, with the possibility of using the lower one for heating.
