Automatic stainless steel refrigerator tanks for cooling wine, juce, most and other liquids, at programmable temperatures. Cacity: 20/25/30 HL
- cooling and stabilizing wine at-5°C;
- cooling of most also with skins, with programmable temperatures ranging from + 18°C to 0°C, according to needs;
- production of wine or most concentrate, automatic processing, production of ice layers within tank by programmable temperature;
- made to cool juice, syrup, distilled substances, concentrates, beverages, egg yokes, milk, pastry cream, liquid dough, yogurt, and pharmaceutical products;
- possibility of installing hot-water heating coil on bottom of tank, or circa 380 volt electrical resistors, completely made of AISI 316 stainless-steel;
- possibility to produce cold water at +7°C for temperature control of most in fermentation phase; our stainless-steel immersion panels can be applied to already existing tanks;
- possibility of applying porous core on tank bottom;
- possibility of having two tanks function together, with one single refrigeration group, all automatic;
- possibility of recuperating hot water as it leaves condenser; this can be used to heat other tanks by conduction (sprinkling).
Refrigeration group:
semi hermetic, Freon 22 compressor, water condensed as standard, air condensed upon request. Compressor can be mounted on side of tank, or under tank between legs (in latter case, the height of the tank is increased by approximately 500 mm).
Electrical panel:
made completely of resin-coated tin, built according to accident-prevention norms in vigor. The electrical panel is supplied with a digital thermostat to view temperature, with automatic motor-savers for the electrical mixer and compressor, and with the possibility of working in either manual or automatic phase.
Electrical mixer:
completely stainless-steel, slow, three-blade unit, which is designed to avoid the formation of ice on the inner walls of the tank.
Tank:
completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with interior made of AISI 316 on request. The tank is insulated on all its surfaces with 80 mm of injected polyurethane, then externally covered by fully-welded, satin-bead, stainless-steel sheathing.
The tank has a conical bottom with central discharge and rests on three completely insulated stainless-steel legs. The top is conical and has a central, 400-mm-diameter manhole. The mixer is applied vertically at the top, and there is a stabilizing bushing at the bottom of the tank. Between the cylinder walls, starting from a height of 500 mm from the bottom, reaching the top of the tank, there is the direct expansion of Freon. Therefore the exchange surface is approximately 3/4 of the outer-tank cylinder surface. At the lower part of the tank, at 150 mm from the bottom, there is the internally-opening elliptic door, as well as the insulated, stainless-steel double door.
Accessories included:

- stainless-steel sample faucet on door,
- alcohol-based dial-thermometer (range:-30°C +50°C),
- pipe for discharge of condensation from double door;
- refrigerator probe on top.
Variations and guarantees
A) this tank is guaranteed for insulation, considering that a -5°C liquid, in the case of a permanently installed refrigerator, loses 1.5°C in 240 hours.
B) the cooling liquids inside the tank are not shaken violently, on the contrary, they are but slowly mixed. Furthermore, they did not come in direct contact with the air, such that their intrinsic characteristics are therefore kept intact.
C) the cooling process takes place in a totally automatic manner, therefore the refrigerator can also function during the night.
D) with our equipment consumption costs are greatly reduced, maintenance is not necessary, and any assistance can be carried out by any refrigeration specialist; and the machinery is very silent. The water condenser does not produce heat in the wine cellar. In the case of the air condenser, it is possible to apply a heat exchanger outside of the wine cellar.
E) by adding the proper equipment, the refrigeration group can also be used to cool a room, or walk-in refrigerator.
