With Archimede® System you can check your wine cellar through your mobile phone.

Who doesn't own a mobile phone nowadays? Most of them are also provided with a UMTS  technology, that allows you to use some multimedia services provided from the administrator. Albrigi Technology of Verona, known for its innovations, has now a new invention patent; Archimedes System, in collaboration with Dainese company. It is a special program for the integrated administration of wine cellars with the use of a  mobile phone. A digital console, to connect to each tank or other equipment  in order to check the correct functioning of the different tanks. Thanks to innumerable technological innovations, this system allows you to plan different processing for each tank, like rimontage or fermentation curve. Moreover it is possible to make different processing on the tank, such as temperature homogenization between hat of must and liquid, oxygenation of temperature between hat and liquid, measures of density and capacity, load/unload of fermenter, washing, délestage and so on. The system allows you also to check environmental parameters in the aging, refining and fermentation  rooms, in order to maintain the temperature and humidity always at the same values. Not enough, you have also the possibility to intervene directly to each tank from your console (thanks to the touch screen), to create an historical of the data in a tabular or graphics way, to make comparisons also with theoretical values, and to compare the obtained values with the management in your wine cellar. But the real innovation is for the oenologist or cellar man, that have no time to be always present in their wine cellar. Thanks to the collaboration  between Albrigi Technology and Dainese you can question and interact with Archimedes System also through your mobile phone from everywhere in the world, reprogramming the working of the tanks, rising and dropping the temperature in wine cellar, interrupting the defined operations. The kit also includes a remote assistance through SMS. In the automation age Archimedes System is a real aid during  the production phase in wine cellar  and it allows you to obtain the best quality of the product thanks to the data recording in real time. Moreover it is an "open source" system, with the possible addition of new functions in the future.
